Debate the performance, the moment, the ranking, and the take. Do not target people with harassment, threats, slurs, humiliation campaigns, or repeated unwanted contact.
Give culture room to be competitive without turning TheYard into a place people need to escape.
TheYard does not allow hate, harassment, violent threats, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate media, doxxing, fraud, impersonation, spam, malware, illegal activity, or attempts to evade blocks and moderation.
Do not post private addresses, phone numbers, school schedules, travel details, or other sensitive personal information without consent.
Share clips, photos, commentary, rankings, and memories only when you have the right and consent to do so. Credit creators and avoid reposting media that was clearly not meant for public distribution.
Graphic, exploitative, sexually explicit, or humiliating content involving minors is not allowed and may result in immediate account action.
Message people like they can say no. Do not send threats, spam, scams, unwanted sexual content, pressure campaigns, or repeated messages after someone ignores, declines, or blocks you.
Message requests, follows, friend requests, and direct messages are disabled between blocked members where TheYard can enforce it.
Messages are private between participants, but TheYard may review content when needed for safety, support, legal compliance, platform integrity, or policy enforcement.
Use reports for users, posts, comments, discussions, replies, and messages that may violate these guidelines. Add details when context matters.
Use blocks when you need a boundary. Blocking hides profiles and content where practical and prevents direct interaction paths such as messages, follows, friends, and message requests.
Moderators may remove content, lock discussions, hide profiles, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve records when needed for safety, legal review, abuse prevention, or product integrity.
Repeat violations, severe harm, block evasion, coordinated abuse, or misuse of reporting tools may lead to termination.
Do not upload performances, music, photography, video, logos, or other creative work you do not have permission to share. Rights holders can contact dmca@jointheyard.co for review.
Support: support@jointheyard.co. Legal: legal@jointheyard.co. DMCA: dmca@jointheyard.co. Confirm these production addresses are monitored and reviewed by counsel.
TheYard is still hardening. Some enforcement may be manual, some surfaces may be incomplete, and some safety decisions may evolve as the beta community grows.
