TheYard's published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation across every community surface.
Last updated September 8, 2026
TheYard has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, sexualization of minors, or material that depicts or facilitates harm to a child.
Accounts are limited to people age 16 or older. These child-safety protections apply to everyone under 18, including eligible members age 16 or 17. Public performance content involving schools does not waive these standards or permit people under 16 to create accounts.
Use the report control attached to the content or profile whenever possible so evidence reaches the moderation queue. Urgent concerns can also be sent to support@jointheyard.co.
TheYard reviews reports, restricts access, preserves necessary evidence, removes prohibited content, and suspends responsible accounts. Confirmed illegal material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement when required by law.
TheYard responds to valid legal process and cooperates with authorized child-safety investigations while limiting access to sensitive evidence.
The designated public child-safety contact is support@jointheyard.co. This inbox must remain actively monitored by the operator.
