TheYard has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, sexualization of minors, or material that depicts or facilitates harm to a child.
Accounts are limited to people age 18 or older. Public performance content involving schools does not permit minors to create accounts or waive these standards.
Use the report control attached to the content or profile whenever possible so evidence reaches the moderation queue. Urgent concerns can also be sent to support@jointheyard.co.
TheYard reviews reports, restricts access, preserves necessary evidence, removes prohibited content, and suspends responsible accounts. Confirmed illegal material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement when required by law.
TheYard responds to valid legal process and cooperates with authorized child-safety investigations while limiting access to sensitive evidence.
